Tony Felker, the CEO of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, says this is just the beginning and Frisco has more big things coming.

“The real fun stuff is we’re not even 50-percent developed, which is the fun thing that we love. So the third zip code is great, but we’re just getting going,” he said.

The addition is being added because the current 75034 Frisco ZIP code is running out of the plus-four-digits assigned to five-digit ZIP Codes. The plus-4s are needed to sort, ship and deliver mail.

“We used to be just a small town, with small-to-medium sized business, and now we’re getting more national/international companies. [And] the needs of those companies is continuing to change so we need to keep growing with the community,” said Felker.
