Spring is almost here, and for fashionistas, it can’t come soon enough. Designers have been hard at work making sure women and men who love fashion have exactly what they need to turn heads this spring. Fashion designers and fashion houses here in the North Texas area have been increasing their inventory in anticipation for the rush for the latest in spring styles.
Colors are the happening thing this spring. From yellows to whites, North Nexas designers are giving women options when it comes to being fashion forward for the spring. The perfect shoe is a woman’s best friend (outside of diamonds, that is.) For fashionable people, having the right shoe can complement or even complete any outfit. This spring, high heels are making a comeback, although a nice pair of flats still has its place in the closet. Flatforms, super bright colors and floral prints are definitely a must have to any spring shoe collection. Shoe accessories are also becoming a major trend by fashion forward individuals. BootGlam is an internet-based company based in Dallas that specializes in custom shoe accessories using feathers, crystals or LUX of Fur. These shoe accessories transform your regular every day shoe to an instant fashion statement.
Haute Indulgence is an online boutique specializing in trendy and fashionable jewelry and accessories. Known for its presence at events and trade shows throughout Dallas, Haute is a great place to start and has happy hour sales. “Spring is a time for bold bright colors. The upcoming season offers lots of variety as you’ll see opposing colors in ways you wouldn’t think,” says Sonja Brown, owner of Haute Indulgence. She recommends pairing emerald green with cobalt blue or rock fuschia and mustard yellow. “And you know you can’t go wrong with a monochromatic ensemble spiced up with a splash of color,” she says. The sky is the limit, so get creative.
