The photo also includes a series of comments, including one made by Chaney, who joked, “I was really checking her out, if you know what i mean?”

Chaney was forced to retire in the wake of the Colombia prostitution scandal. The 48-year-old Secret Service Supervisor was in Cartagena, preparing for President Barack Obama’s visit. Chaney and 11 other agents are accused of hiring prostitutes just prior to the President’s arrival.
Chaney grew up in Dallas and graduated in 1982 from W.T. White High School in North Dallas. His father was a career Secret Service agent serving during the Presidencies of Dwight Eisenhower, John F.
