Rain chances in rear view mirror – After this past weekend’s cold front slammed us with severe storms Saturday night and a blast of cold air on gusty northwest winds Sunday morning, temperatures will rise to the 60 degree mark for many areas compared to yesterday afternoon’s upper 40s and low 50s. Certainly an improvement, but likely this week’s pick to vote off the island for best day of the week.
Catching a break for Spring Break this week as a warm, dry pattern takes over with two cold fronts expected to have little impact for North Texas. The first fades out over us late Tuesday and the second Saturday night with only small possibilities for rain or a significant cool down. Certainly Chamber of Commerce weather with afternoons besting our averages highs near 67-68 degrees.
