JOSHUA (CBSDFW.COM) – When the storm blew through Joshua Friday night, Justin Williams was in the shipping trailer that he normally works out of on his property.

He says the wind suddenly kicked up and heavy rain began to fall.

When he came outside, he realized the semi-trailer parked here toppled onto two of the three vehicles parked in his driveway.

The pick-up in the middle went untouched while the vehicles surrounding it are now crushed.

The wind also ripped off most of the roof on his mobile home.

No one was inside at the time.

Williams says he’s convinced the shipping trailer he was in saved his life.

He will spend the night in a hotel.

This has been a very difficult week for Williams.

He says his father died on Monday, and Williams says he doesn’t know what he’ll do now.

Just a couple of blocks away from him, crews spent the night cleaning up after the winds blew over two storage buildings at the Open Door Ministries.

Donated clothing and other items are all lost now.

But the main food bank warehouse went untouched and the director, Andy Dally says the winds seemingly went around his building.

He called it a miracle.
