DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Law enforcement across Texas have been put on alert, after nine people were killed and 17 others were injured, when as many as five biker gangs got into a gun fight in Waco this weekend. On Sunday, police made more than 170 arrests and confiscated guns, knives and brass knuckles.
On Monday, officers across Texas and beyond have been warned of possible retaliation, with a series of bulletins that were sent to several law enforcement agencies.READ MORE: Texas Legislature Could Make COVID-19 Liability Lawsuits Harder To Win
One of the bulletins sent to the Border Patrol warns there is an order to kill anyone in uniform.
CBS 11 has also confirmed with sources that the Federal Bureau of Prisons sent an alert to officers today which read, “Our agency has received information that the Cossaks and Bandidos have issued an order to kill anyone in uniform.”

DPS says members of both groups, Bandidos and Cossacks have reportedly been instructed “to arm themselves with weapons and travel to North Texas” and “ignore all law enforcement along their route.
It says the groups are telling their members not to stop if you are engaged.

They include Collin, Wise, Parker, Ellis, Kaufman, Hunt and more than a dozen more counties. Fort Worth, Dallas and Denton counties are not considered known areas for the group.
