DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas Detectives in the Child Exploitation Unit and Northeast Patrol arrested Kevin Rojas-Gallo, 22 for one count of Aggravated Kidnapping  and one count of Indecency with a Child.

The alleged victim is 10-years-old.

On Wednesday the child told police the suspect followed him in a red vehicle as he was walking down the street near 6000 Ridgecrest Road around 4:00 p.m. and abducted him from that location.

Police did not say how the child got away.

The child was able to provide substantial information that led to the location and identification of Rojas-Gallo.

Rojas-Gallo is in Lew Sterrett Jail with a $100,000.00 bond on each charge. He also has warrants from Seagoville PD.
