The U.S. men’s team takes on Honduras at Toyota Stadium in the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
There will be a lot of local activities as well including Allstate Insurance hosting a clinic for a local youth soccer league in Dallas. It will Feature U.S. Men’s National Team and MLS legend Brian McBride as the special guest instructor.
The Dallas event marks the kickoff to Allstate’s role as official protector of the Gold Cup, and a seven-city trophy tour scheduled for this month.
McBride spoke Tuesday morning about the growing popularity of soccer, and the opportunity to see some of the best in the world play in our area.
