Fort Worth police say they found a four-inch carriage bolt in the front passenger seat of her car.
Brenda Adams believes the bolt came from the Ripy Street overpass, but officers checked the area and were unable to determine where the metal pin came from.READ MORE: A Closer Look At A Potential Beto O'Rourke Run For Texas Governor
“All the glass hit me in the face,” Adams remembered. “I did have slivers in my neck.”
