DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The Dallas County Sheriff’s Department says Ricky McGinnis, 58 was driving the tractor trailer that “became entangled” with a vehicle that started a fire that led to the deaths two adults (one pregnant) and two children early Monday morning.

It happened on ramp from Westbound I-20 to Southbound I-35.

The trucking company McGinnis works for is Southeastern AG Transport Inc, MS.

Police say the crash ruptured gas tanks on tractor trailer causing the vehicles and lumber that the tractor trailer was carrying to become engulfed in flames.

McGinnis was not hurt.  It’s unclear if any charges will be filed.
