FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – Security cameras captured a couple stealing a package off a woman’s porch in a Fort Worth neighborhood in December 2015.

The video showed them hide it under a man’s shirt, shove it into a bag and walk down the street.

“Who do they think they are that they can just steal from somebody and just be so casual about it?” asked Eddie who didn’t want her last name reported.

Eddie’s neighbor captured the theft on her surveillance camera and posted it on social media.

“People just picked it up and ran with it. It was really a blessing to me to see how people will jump in there and help you,” she said.

The thieves were identified in two hours on Facebook and the information was handed over to Fort Worth Police.

“That was a week before Christmas and as of today, nothing has been done,” said Eddie at the beginning of March.

“I’m frustrated, because, we pretty much did the work for them,” said Eddie’s neighbor Sarah who also didn’t want to reveal her last name.

CBS11’s Consumer Justice Unit contacted the Fort Worth Police department to find out why no arrests have been made four months later.

Two detectives visited Eddie’s home the next day and a warrant was issued for Robin Elkins’ arrest.

Police confirmed Elkins was arrested on March 9, 2016 and is also facing charges for a separate armed burglary charge. CBS11 is still waiting for official details on the male suspect.
