DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The suspects got away… with nothing.

Dallas Police say around 12:45 a.m. on Easter Sunday, two men walked inside the Sam’s Grocery store at 717 Ann Arbor Avenue.

Police say one suspect approached the check stand and made sure the glass window at the register was unlocked.

Then the other suspect went up to the register and pointed a black revolver at the employee and demanded cash.

That’s when the employee slammed the glass door shut and the suspects ran off.

Anyone who recognizes either of these suspects or has information on this attempted robbery can call Detective Grubbs at (214) 671-3675. If you wish to remain anonymous you may call Crime Stoppers at (214) 373-TIPS (8477).
