The company says some Rocky Road pints produced in its Brenham, Texas, plant actually contain Cookies ‘N Cream, which could mean a problem for someone allergic to wheat or soy.

The company says anyone allergic to both could develop severe medical conditions.

The ice cream is in stores in Texas and Louisiana.

The Food and Drug Administration says no illnesses have been reported to date, and there are no other health or safety concerns except for those posed to people that have soy or wheat allergies.
