PLANO (CBSDFW.COM) – Enrique Arochi, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Christina Morris, wants a judge to delay the trial, according to Morris’s mother.
She said prosecutors told her that Arochi’s attorneys also wants to move the trial out of Collin County.
Arochi was the person last seen with Morris in surveillance video of the two leaving the parking garage at the Shops of Legacy in the early hours of August 30, 2014. He’s currently charged with Aggravated Kidnapping and is being held in a Collin County jail on $1 million bond.
The trial is scheduled for June 6.
