DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) -A 19-year-old woman fought off an attacker Sunday morning by punching him and scratching his face according to Dallas Police.

Police say around 10:30 a.m. the teen was walking in the area of  7300 Military Parkway when a small, red sedan pulled alongside her and stopped.

Police say a man wearing a shirt pulled over his face stepped out of the passenger seat and wrapped his arm around the young woman.  Police say the driver held the passenger door open while the first suspect dragged the victim toward the open car door and attempted to shove her into the vehicle.

When the victim scratched the attacker’s face, she pulled his shirt down revealing his face.

Police say the man got back in the car and the pair drove off.

As the suspects sped away, police say victim saw the license plate was covered with a black T-shirt.

Police released the following information on the suspects:

The first suspect, the attacker, is described as a Hispanic male, 30-45 years old, 5’ 6” in height, weighing 180 pounds, wearing black shorts, and a black T-shirt. This suspect has short black hair and a mustache. This suspect suffered fingernail scratches to his face.

The second suspect, the driver, is described as a Hispanic male.

Police say the car is an older red sedan with a spoiler on the trunk.
