Justin Lane Slatton Jr. of San Angelo was being sought Wednesday on two counts of murder, plus burglary of a building.
The Texas Department of Public Safety announced a reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to Slatton. Police responding to reports of shots fired found 26-year-old Jonathan Hess of Temple dead at the scene. A Killeen man, 36-year-old Vicente Hernandez, died the following day at a hospital.
