Sources say he was supposed to fly back to Texas Thursday, but missed his plane.

His car and belongings were found at the resort, and witnesses say Broach went for a hike Tuesday evening in very light clothing: a button-up shirt, shorts, and sandals.

A clerk at the resort says the trail Broach was hiking is very easy, mostly packed dirt and boardwalks, and very tourist friendly.
