IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) – Irving police said a fatal accident occurred on westbound 183 at O’Connor early Sunday morning after a pickup truck crashed into the back of a dump truck.

According to police, three occupants of the pickup truck were pronounced dead at the scene while a fourth was taken to a local hospital. The condition of the fourth occupant is currently unknown.

Irving police do not know what caused the crash, but the main lanes of the highway were closed this morning for awhile to clean the accident. The lanes have since been opened.

The names of the victims who died were released on Monday afternoon.  They are Olivia Larisa Munoz, 28, Felipe Tovar Garcia, 33 and Reynaldo Leonel Garcia, 37.
