ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – Arlington police detectives are investigating the shooting death of a woman in a parking lot this afternoon.

It happened in the 3500 block of Timberwood Circle.

The woman, who was in her early 30s was transported to the hospital where she later died.

While it’s still early in the investigation, detectives have not ruled out robbery as possible motive. Investigators are interviewing witnesses and canvassing the area. They also released video surveillance (see above) that may show two male suspects. They’re walking out of the Target at South Cooper Street at Arbrook Boulevard then leave in a red pickup truck.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office will release the victim’s identity once next of kin is notified.
