DALLAS, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – The Dallas City Council today passed an ordinance requiring baby changing tables in both new and remodeled restrooms inside Dallas restaurants and retail stores.

Additionally, the changing stations are required in men’s bathrooms as well as women’s.

The ordinance doesn’t apply to an existing business unless it undergoes a major renovation.
