These places offer  ways to save and get your child fashionably forward for back-to-school haircuts, supplies and fashion.To help you with your back to school shopping, the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts has scheduled the annual Texas Sales Tax holiday — tax-free school supply days — Aug. 17 to Aug. 19 for clothing, footwear, school supplies and backpacks at prices of less than $100. When you shop at stores and restaurants at Town East Mall, just save your receipts and present them at the mall, mentioning the participating school you are earning points for.  For every dollar spent, you get a point toward your school, and the winning school gets a share of $15,000.
